Cancellation Policy for Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

To ensure we can provide the best possible service and accommodate all our valued clients, we adhere to the following cancellation policy. This policy respects your time and the dedicated time of our professional technicians.
1. For Standard Salon Appointments (Manicures, Pedicures, etc.)
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service's value.
"No-shows" (failing to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service's value.
2. For Educational Workshops (e.g., Halloween Makeup)
Our workshops are special events with limited seating and require significant preparation. Therefore, a stricter policy applies:
We require a minimum of 72 hours' (3 days') notice to cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are non-refundable, as we are unable to fill the spot on such short notice. However, you may transfer your spot to another person if you wish.
